Significant experience delivering and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
Proven track record in regulated, partner-dependent environments, ideally fintech or payments.
Expertise in driving process adoption and discipline without direct authority.
Fluency with ClickUp or comparable project management platforms.
Confidence in using Google Workspace and Slack for professional collaboration.
Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Experience with merchant integrations, client onboarding, or API implementation is highly desirable.
Experience across multiple African markets is considered a plus.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum are welcome.

Own the intake process to ensure every project starts with a complete brief and named owner.
Maintain ClickUp as the single source of truth for project status and progress.
Support leadership in prioritization and bottleneck management through portfolio analysis.
Surface and escalate blockers or stalled tasks to management within agreed windows.
Act as a cross-functional bridge to facilitate alignment and efficient delivery.
Coordinate high-priority projects while overseeing the broader delivery framework.
Manage AI-assisted reporting tools and dashboards to provide clear visibility.
