Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Medical related field, or equivalent substantial experience.
- Strong previous CRO experience in Phase I, II-III clinical trial project management.
- Demonstrable project leadership skills.
- Essential therapeutic area expertise in Oncology.
- Desirable experience in Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, or Cardiovascular.
- Strong financial management and client relationship skills.
- Experience with bid defense activities.
- Solid knowledge of ICH GCP regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project planning software.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain formal project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources.
- Perform ongoing risk management and implement contingency plans.
- Establish quality standards for project deliverables.
- Own the client relationship at the study level and manage communication.
- Manage project P&L, revenue recognition, forecasting, and change in scope.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve study completion.
- Represent the Project Leadership function in external client meetings and bid defense.
