Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex and global clinical trials.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant SOPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
- In-depth experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients.
- Coordinate and oversee all functional services and external vendors to meet established timelines and budgets.
- Manage study budgets, monitor project profitability, and handle forecasting to ensure compliance and financial health.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and proactive risk management strategies.
- Ensure quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and the implementation of corrective and preventative action plans.
- Lead internal and client meetings, prepare status updates, and report on key performance indicators.
- Communicate study issues, including protocol deviations, and implement necessary actions.
