Requirements
- 6+ years of experience running B2B events, field programs, or customer programs.
- Direct experience carrying or contributing to a pipeline or revenue target.
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills with the ability to influence and push back on low-value requests.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with account executives and Sales leaders.
- Working fluency with Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-impact, intentional event experiences.
- Ability and willingness to travel for on-site event execution.
- Strong understanding of data hygiene and its importance in measuring business impact.
- Experience in private markets, asset management, or fintech is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with private markets conference circuits is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carry and deliver against pipeline targets for an assigned asset-class portfolio.
- Measure and report on portfolio performance, including pipeline sourced, account progression, and event ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to build target account lists and align events with the account progression framework.
- Own the end-to-end event lifecycle, including budget management, vendor oversight, content, and on-site execution.
- Design full attendee journeys that are intentional, relevant, and consistent with company branding.
- Maintain high data integrity within Salesforce and other event technology tools.
- Automate manual event processes using AI and lightweight automation tools.
- Lead post-event follow-up systems to ensure opportunities are tracked and SLAs are met.
