3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and operationalize business processes at scale
Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and other GTM tools (e.g., Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, Chamelio)
Experience using AI assistants (e.g., Claude) to accelerate RevOps workflows
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting data and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a high-growth environment
Eastern or Central time zone residency preferred

Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis on territories, quota, and KPIs performance across functions, regions, segments, and verticals
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and performance
Analyze Commercial performance (e.g., win/loss, funnel, pipeline health) by translating business questions into data pulls, findings, and actionable recommendations
Develop AI agents, skills, and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RevOps function
Support operational initiatives to improve Commercial effectiveness and productivity (e.g., lead routing, pipeline generation, sales process)
Execute Deal Desk workflows including structuring, reviewing, and approving non-standard deals
Oversee CRM data quality, field governance, and audit processes
Contribute to change management and enablement efforts
