4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business/Data Analytics, or another relevant quantitative field
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills with the ability to build complex, error-resistant models independently
Track record of using data to transform business processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including C-level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas for leadership
Self-starter, creative, high energy, and comfortable in a start-up paced environment
Looker/Tableau data visualization experience (preferred)
SQL experience (nice-to-have)
Experience building or using AI agents/tools like Claude (plus, not required)

Lead cross-functional strategic projects; including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact
Own quarterly bonus payment calculations and rep quota setting and updates
Maintain and refine capacity models, forecast algorithms, and product reporting
Own weekly KPI pulls and build reporting tools and dashboards for Revenue leadership
Lead ad hoc modeling for high-visibility initiatives, such as capacity modeling and pricing & packaging impact analysis
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and drive implementation
Partner cross-functional on annual planning, including capacity modeling, target setting, and compensation plan design
Build and maintain AI agents in Claude to facilitate self-serve access to recurring analyses
