- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple concurrent global searches in the US, UK, Denmark, and India.
- Identify, engage, and assess passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, social platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
- Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Technical candidates using thoughtful domain judgment and move qualified candidates through Lever with clear screening rationale.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies, participate in intake sessions, calibrate target profiles, and adapt sourcing approaches.
- Build talent market intelligence by mapping competitor landscapes, compensation trends, and talent availability.
- Conduct recruiter phone screens for Product Management and Product Design candidates (Senior level and below).
- Write compelling job descriptions, maintain accurate candidate records, and track sourcing metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
