- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, implementations, or complex workflows.
- Working familiarity with pharmacy management systems and pharmacy workflows (Required).
- Current or previous pharmacy technician experience (Highly desired).
- Exceptional organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to document complex processes clearly and consistently.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities.
- Technical curiosity and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
- Comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and go-live schedules.
- Lead discovery sessions to map current-state pharmacy processes and workflows.
- Translate operational pharmacy workflows into clear, structured requirements for technical teams.
- Coordinate communication across pharmacy staff, internal technical teams, and Customer Success Managers.
- Execute internal QA testing to validate solutions against documented requirements before customer presentation.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and process exceptions to ensure timely go-live.
