Requirements
- Active and unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in state of primary residence and state of therapy services.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
- Board-certified to provide clinical supervision.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.
- Adequate manual dexterity for computer use.
- Prior policy and procedure development experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care while maintaining a clinical schedule.
- Oversee assigned therapists by monitoring productivity, documentation timeliness, and schedule utilization.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational efficiencies.
- Support onboarding initiatives and the integration of new therapists.
- Provide proactive coaching, conduct bi-annual performance evaluations, and assist with professional development.
- Participate in training, orientation, and quality assurance initiatives including chart reviews.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and resolution of patient complaints.
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations and leadership to optimize interdisciplinary workflows.
