Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple activities.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Specialized knowledge in investment operations or financial services.

Provide operational support and services related to investment products and services, ensuring transactions and activities are completed accurately.
Advise stakeholders on the implementation of solutions, processes, and services while ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational controls.
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients, providing accurate and informed guidance.
Monitor operational performance, investigate root causes, and resolve or escalate issues.
Review, verify, and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Support strategic initiatives, change management, and system enhancements from planning through implementation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective relationships and meet service expectations.
