Requirements
- Approximately 2–3 years of high-impact professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, technology, startups, or strategy.
- Strong academic background from a top Indian university (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS Pilani, Delhi University, NITs).
- Exceptional analytical, creative, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong business judgment and ability to understand complex industries, markets, and business models.
- Proficiency with data, financial models, business cases, performance metrics, and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple fast-moving priorities.
- AI-native and technology-savvy, with interest in emerging technologies.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours while based in India.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action, autonomy, and navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Chief Business Officer to identify, prioritize, and execute high-priority strategic and growth initiatives.
- Own strategic projects end-to-end, from developing initial hypotheses and conducting analysis through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Evaluate new markets, customer segments, products, partnerships, and business models to accelerate growth.
- Conduct market, competitive, customer, and financial analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas of expansion.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans for senior leadership.
- Help launch and operationalize new initiatives, taking ownership to move projects from 0 to 1.
- Establish operating mechanisms, dashboards, metrics, and processes that improve visibility, ownership, and decision-making.
- Use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to accelerate research, analysis, and organizational productivity.
