Requirements
- Approximately 2-3 years of high-impact professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, technology, or startups.
- Strong academic background from a top Indian university (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS Pilani, Delhi University, NITs).
- Exceptional creative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar industries.
- Proficiency in working with data, financial models, business cases, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities.
- AI-native and technology-savvy mindset.
- Bias toward action and comfortable building from zero to one.
- Low ego and willingness to perform tasks necessary to cross the finish line.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Chief Business Officer to identify, prioritize, and execute high-priority growth initiatives.
- Own strategic projects from initial hypothesis through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Evaluate new markets, customer segments, products, and business models to accelerate growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive initiatives forward.
- Develop models, dashboards, and metrics to help leadership make data-informed decisions.
- Operationalize new initiatives and build structure for projects where ownership is unclear.
- Identify and resolve organizational or operational bottlenecks.
