Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Regional CEO and SVP to define and execute the Member Operations strategy.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, monitoring progress for timely delivery.
- Conduct deep-dive research and root cause analysis to uncover and fix systemic operational inefficiencies.
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Chair Steering Groups and manage the rhythm of business including weekly/monthly reviews.
- Oversee the operational budget for the Member Operations function.
- Facilitate communications and act as a trusted advisor between leadership and team leaders.
- Act as a local lead for the MOPS teams based in Hyderabad.
