Job Details

8–10 years of professional IT experience, with a strong background in software development and systems.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Proven experience leading system implementations, agile project delivery, and complex data flows.
Strong experience implementing top-of-funnel processes, including lead, account, and partner relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex account, opportunity, and partner management processes.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
High ownership, integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
Ability and willingness to support business-critical production issues on a 24/7 basis when necessary.

Own the evolution of go-to-market processes, systems, workflows, and data models.
Identify opportunities to introduce new processes and optimize existing technologies to improve efficiency.
Lead business and functional requirements gathering, defining scope, priorities, and solution objectives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Manage business-system intake and troubleshooting.
Lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and optimization of go-to-market processes and workflows within Salesforce.
Drive initiatives involving lead management, account management, opportunity management, and partner relationship management.
Support critical production issues when required, including outside standard working hours.
