Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Strong programming experience with object-oriented languages such as Java and/or Apex.
- Hands-on scripting experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Practical experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or comparable business systems.
- Experience supporting data synchronization, integration services, enterprise workflows, and related business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex integration issues systematically.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes, middleware platforms, or integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or similar tools is preferred.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake is an advantage.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka is a plus.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, and broader business process workflows.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance integrations between enterprise business applications and internal platforms.
- Build and support RESTful APIs, integration services, and data pipelines using modern software development practices.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows using middleware and ETL platforms such as Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, or comparable technologies.
- Support reliable data synchronization between business applications and enterprise data platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Monitor integrations and proactively troubleshoot failures, data discrepancies, performance issues, and other operational challenges.
- Develop clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code while contributing to peer reviews and technical discussions.
- Help improve integration architecture, workflows, and development practices as business and technology needs evolve.
