- Translate long-term strategy into clear priorities that teams can act on week to week.
- Run the leadership team’s operating rhythm, including agendas, pre-reads, and decision documentation.
- Manage board governance, including delivering four meetings a year and supporting committee operations.
- Hold organizational-level revenue oversight, including tracking the fundraising pipeline and verifying funding alignment with strategic priorities.
- Shape internal communications to ensure staff alignment on decisions and organizational strategy.
- Lead discrete, time-bound special projects that sit outside standing functions.
- Serve as a strategic thinking partner and sounding board for the CEO.
