Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital, product, or email marketing, preferably in a B2B or subscription environment.
- Hands-on experience owning lifecycle email programs, including nurture, product announcements, and renewals.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo (segmentation, dynamic content, journey development).
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution models, and Salesforce/Marketo integrations.
- Experience marketing subscription or renewable products, including retention and lifecycle analytics.
- Ability to translate complex technical, scientific, or regulatory subjects into clear marketing narratives.
- Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Must reside in one of these states: MD, VA, DC, PA, WV, CA, MI, IL, KS, FL, NC, or MN.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end email marketing and lifecycle programs, including nurture flows, product announcements, and renewal journeys.
- Build and optimize automated nurture journeys, audience segmentation strategies, and scoring models using Marketo.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention.
- Translate complex scientific and regulatory topics into clear, compelling, benefit-focused marketing narratives.
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact across Product Management and Customer Success stakeholders.
