Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in ecommerce, consumer technology, or fast-moving digital businesses.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Proven track record of personally leading customer-facing digital products from discovery to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with experimentation and conversion optimization.
  • Deep experience partnering with Product Design and Engineering on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of key ecommerce performance drivers.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency with modern ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, analytics, testing platforms, and SaaS integrations.
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives.
  • Willingness to act as a player-coach who remains hands-on with individual product initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate work and identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital product function across Product Management, Product Design, Site Merchandising, and Web & Platform Operations.
  • Own the end-to-end digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
  • Ship key product initiatives as a senior individual contributor from discovery through launch.
  • Set standards for UX, research, and component-based design systems.
  • Manage the experimentation program and analyze product KPIs to drive conversion.
  • Oversee site merchandising, navigation, and the digital shopping experience.
  • Manage daily web operations, including CMS, product releases, and platform integrations.
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities to improve customer experience and team productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Operations.
  • Coach and develop Product and Design talent while refining operational processes.
