Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of large, multi-team product organizations.
- Proven success building and scaling developer platforms, APIs, app marketplaces, or ecosystem products.
- Experience evolving platforms to support AI-powered workflows, agents, or MCP-enabled experiences.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, strategic integrations, and platform monetization models.
- Track record of turning ecosystems into growth drivers that impact acquisition, retention, or revenue.
- Strong perspective on AI agents and how they change the design of developer platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level.
- Experience partnering with Developer Relations, developer communities, or partner programs.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ecosystem strategy supporting the Builder Platform vision.
- Manage API, MCP, and agent framework initiatives for developer and partner ecosystems.
- Lead and develop a senior, multi-team product organization across platform and marketplace domains.
- Partner with data, partnership, and product leaders to create unified builder experiences.
- Develop monetization strategies for APIs and agent-powered products.
- Establish operating models and decision frameworks to accelerate ecosystem innovation.
- Represent HubSpot externally to shape ecosystem strategy and credibility.
