Job Details

Fluent, clear spoken English with the confidence to communicate with U.S.-based business owners.
Strong written English skills for documentation and email communication.
Genuine confidence and resilience when making outbound cold calls.
Previous client-facing experience in support, retail, hospitality, or agency settings.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, persistent, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
Ability to manage own day effectively in a remote environment with limited supervision.
Reliable internet connectivity and ability to work U.S. business hours.
Experience with CRM systems or lead-management platforms is beneficial.
Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.

Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S. small business owners to identify needs and generate qualified opportunities.
Build rapport with prospects through consultative and professional communication.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and coordinate project next steps.
Maintain regular communication with active clients, provide updates, and respond to inquiries.
Manage relationships with former clients to identify additional service opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
Manage daily workflows independently while balancing sales and administrative tasks.
Work closely with the founder to apply sales methodologies and refine client-facing processes.
