- Bachelor's degree required.

- Politically astute when dealing with diverse stakeholders and conflicting demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales, services, and support teams with a single, accountable operating rhythm.
- Optimize post-sales execution by driving consistent deployments, adoption, and renewal readiness across Public Sector accounts.
- Manage overall expense to revenue targets.
- Invest in new opportunities to drive growth.
- Work with the parent company to drive the overall Public Sector product roadmap and align shared services support.
- Maintain positive evaluations from relevant government agencies such as DCSA.
- Create and execute overall business strategy to achieve long-term profitable growth.
