Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an engineering role.
- Experience in building deeply technical products and/or products for developers.
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in identity and access management (desired).
- Experience building developer tools or SDKs (desired).
- Builder mindset with a passion for hands-on work.
Responsibilities
- Design product capabilities for Identity platform on Twilio, addressing both agentic and human identity use cases.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction, translate customer needs into product capabilities, and build the roadmap.
- Collaborate across Twilio teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives.
- Operate with deep product ownership: author PRFAQs, product requirement docs, and collaborate with engineering and design.
- Enable go-to-market teams to help customers solve challenges leveraging Twilio products.
- Build in ambiguity by breaking down complex problems, making pragmatic tradeoffs, and designing developer experiences.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure world-class product development.
