Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or related discipline.
- 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience (project, program, product, and/or people).
- Focus area experience in data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, or platform development.
- 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and partnership skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver products that combine user experience, business expectations, and technology to address complex problems.
- Act as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders for the assigned product line.
- Ensure full engagement, clear communication, and resolution of general issues with stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment of business strategy for the product within the Analytics Center of Excellence.
- Support analytics products and services for Acute Hospital Operations, including areas like Case Management, Perioperative Services, and Emergency Medicine.
