Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management with strong consumer product experience.
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products for large user bases.
- Strong product taste and ability to tailor experiences for different player levels.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of operating at high velocity across projects.
- Ability to act as a central point of contact across design, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on system-level discussions.
- Ability to analyze data, connect engineering discussions to product outcomes, and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Experience using AI daily to prototype, explore ideas, and accelerate execution (preferred).
- 7+ years of product management experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Shape the core product roadmap and long-term vision in partnership with leadership.
- Engage with leadership and peers to refine product concepts through open brainstorming and feedback.
- Operate effectively in a distributed environment using asynchronous communication tools like Slack.
- Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches, write specifications, and drive execution.
- Define, track, and improve engagement metrics using data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize AI tools to prototype, test flows, and pressure-test ideas before full engineering investment.
- Design and implement mechanics to improve user retention and create a rewarding experience.
