Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience (project, program, product and/or people).
- Focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, or platform development.
- 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
- Advanced technical understanding of product development best practices within an agile framework.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks in applicable domain is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver innovative products and business intelligence solutions using healthcare data.
- Develop value-driven analytics to enable data-driven decisions across cost and quality continuums.
- Manage a portfolio of analytics ranging from ambulatory quality to population health management.
- Collaborate with various business departments, including the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE).
- Serve as the primary liaison with business partners and stakeholders for the product line.
- Ensure product engagement, communication, and alignment of business strategies.
- Apply agile framework best practices to product development, data collection, and client-facing reporting.
