Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of direct experience in Product Management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with data tools such as Databricks and Sisense.
- Ability to work independently in a high-ambiguity, high-energy environment.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel nationally and globally for approximately two weeks per year or more.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Experience in B2B software development and renewable energy industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive solar product development and roadmap execution based on business objectives and market research.
- Collect and triage customer feedback to inform feature prioritization.
- Lead user research, prototyping, and beta testing programs to refine product requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for go-to-market planning and customer-facing documentation.
- Define and track product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement process improvements and integrate AI-enabled workflows into product development.
