Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO, Product Management, Strategy, or a related business operations function.
- Demonstrated experience leading planning, governance, portfolio management, and operational processes across large, cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy functions.
- Strong analytical and operational leadership skills, including experience leveraging metrics and data for decision-making.
- Experience leading and developing managers and professional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment is preferred.
- Experience implementing or improving operational practices during periods of organizational growth is preferred.
- MBA or other advanced degree in Business or Technology is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing Product portfolio planning processes across Product and Engineering teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning discussions, portfolio reviews, and prioritization activities.
- Establish and evolve governance frameworks to promote transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
- Monitor portfolio performance and execution health to improve delivery outcomes.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Product Operations processes and operating standards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain portfolio performance reporting, operational metrics, and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Coach and develop Product Operations team members to foster a culture of operational excellence.
