Requirements
- 5 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, project management, business analysis, or process improvement.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare, health benefits, insurance, TPA, or other complex regulated-industry experience.
- Proven experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in building current- and future-state process maps.
- Experience developing detailed project plans and managing RAID/decision logs.
- Experience coordinating UAT and implementation readiness.
- Skilled in developing SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.
- Strong proficiency with Smartsheet or comparable project/work-management platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or comparable process-mapping tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops across organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional Commercial initiatives from initial discovery through implementation, stabilization, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans in Smartsheet, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Serve as the Business Analyst to lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
- Develop implementation and operational-readiness plans, including UAT strategy, testing trackers, and readiness checklists.
- Create operational artifacts such as SOPs, playbooks, job aids, and training materials.
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to execute priorities and improve commercial scalability.
