Requirements
- Associate degree or relevant technical experience in Information Systems.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience managing Cloud Identities.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Capable of working independently and in team settings.
- Must be able to travel for initial onboarding (BHG Oars in Experience) and approximately 5% annually for team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop manual and automated IAM processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot access issues related to identity problems or integrations.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for all identity systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design provisioning process components.
- Prepare project status reports for management and leadership.
- Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies.
- Manage identity integration for cloud providers.
