Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Four years of experience as a security engineer in an enterprise environment across multiple security disciplines.
- Four years of experience in security posture management.
- Three years of technical leadership experience serving as a trusted decision-maker.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise IAM systems, including authentication protocols, authorization mechanisms, and directory services.
- Experience with Federated Identity platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience supporting and debugging Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools (Omada or Lumos).
- Experience deploying IAM and IGA frameworks within complex enterprise environments.
- Cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Automation skills using Python, Terraform, or PowerShell.
- Experience in Data Security Operations and regulatory compliance.
- Experience developing automated metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the company's enterprise and cloud-native security posture with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Design, build, and operate security solutions across diverse platforms to improve security maturity.
- Leverage security data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to stakeholders.
- Lead incident response efforts including analysis, containment, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain security documentation such as policies, standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security solutions align with enterprise requirements.
