Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Four years of experience as a security engineer in an enterprise environment across multiple security disciplines.
Four years of experience in security posture management.
Three years of technical leadership experience serving as a trusted decision-maker.
Deep knowledge of enterprise IAM systems, including authentication protocols, authorization mechanisms, and directory services.
Experience with Federated Identity platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
Hands-on experience supporting and debugging Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools (Omada or Lumos).
Experience deploying IAM and IGA frameworks within complex enterprise environments.
Cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Automation skills using Python, Terraform, or PowerShell.
Experience in Data Security Operations and regulatory compliance.
Experience developing automated metrics to measure program effectiveness.

Enhance the company's enterprise and cloud-native security posture with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Design, build, and operate security solutions across diverse platforms to improve security maturity.
Leverage security data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to stakeholders.
Lead incident response efforts including analysis, containment, and mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain security documentation such as policies, standards, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security solutions align with enterprise requirements.
