Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in endpoint security, EDR operations, security engineering, systems administration, or SOC operations.
- Hands-on experience administering CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne Singularity, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Practical experience troubleshooting Windows endpoints, with familiarity in macOS or Linux beneficial.
- Working knowledge of EDR concepts, security policies, agent deployment, and endpoint response actions.
- Ability to use PowerShell, Python, command-line tools, or vendor APIs for troubleshooting and automation.
- Strong ability to document findings, follow change-management controls, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in an MSSP, MDR, or multi-customer environment is preferred.
- Relevant vendor certifications such as CrowdStrike CCFA, SentinelOne certifications, or Microsoft SC-200 are advantageous.
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and endpoint attack techniques is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer managed EDR platforms across customer environments including configuration, policy maintenance, and health checks.
- Execute approved platform changes such as agent upgrades, migrations, and policy transitions following change control procedures.
- Monitor endpoint coverage, agent versions, and platform health, investigating and remediating operational exceptions.
- Resolve support requests and escalate complex or high-risk issues with clear technical documentation.
- Use PowerShell, Python, and vendor APIs to automate repeatable tasks and improve operational visibility.
- Collaborate with SOC and customer-facing teams to communicate risks, findings, and technical remediation steps.
