Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in data operations, engineering, or analysis.
2 years of experience leading technical teams.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and microservice architectures.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data engineering frameworks such as dbt.
Experience with production support for data platforms and ELT/ETL pipelines.
Expertise in cloud cost optimization, infrastructure efficiency, and performance tuning.
Experience managing production support processes, SLAs, on-call rotations, and incident escalations.
Familiarity with monitoring, observability frameworks, and operational analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and access control in data operations.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional incident response and lead Root Cause Analysis.

Oversee platform engineering, operations, reliability, supportability, and scalability of data infrastructure and pipelines.
Define technical stacks, implementation strategies, operational practices, and strategic roadmaps.
Lead global teams responsible for company data platforms and operations.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Manage production support processes, SLAs, on-call rotations, and incident escalations.
Collaborate cross-functional teams to improve data workflows and support analytics goals.
