Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a degree in Communication, Languages, Translation, English, Linguistics or a relevant field.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work at least 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Interest in insurance, technology, or insurtech is preferred.
- Previous translation, interpretation, or localization experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate project documentation including business requirements, user stories, test cases, manuals, and release notes between Thai and English.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure Thai-speaking client requirements are accurately documented.
- Join client meetings, workshops, and demos to provide live interpretation and take meeting minutes.
- Support written communication with clients, including emails and project follow-ups.
- Review and localize product content, including labels, forms, and notifications, for Thai users.
- Maintain a Thai–English glossary of insurance and technical terms to ensure consistency across projects.
- Perform general project coordination and administrative tasks for Thai-market projects.
