Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or creator growth.
- Strong proficiency in performance data analysis including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Klear, GRIN, or Shopify Affiliates.
- Understanding of digital tracking and attribution tools including GA4 and UTM parameters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate deals, and execute campaigns from end to end.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with creators and industry experts.

Responsibilities
- Build a scalable affiliate program and partnership ecosystem.
- Manage relationships with creators, affiliates, and healthcare experts.
- Negotiate partnership deals and manage campaign budgets.
- Monitor performance data including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Establish tracking systems using UTMs, GA4, and attribution tools to ensure campaigns are measurable.
- Keep campaigns aligned across creative, paid media, and compliance teams.
- Monitor competitor partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
