Requirements
- Expert communication and project management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience with manufacturer programs and processes.
- General sales and business acumen.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts of upcoming renewals.
- Build outstanding partner relations with manufacturer, OEM, and ISV renewal peers.
- Work with sales and channel operations to generate quotes 30-, 60-, and 90-days in advance of contract expirations.
- Engage with customers to transact and consolidate upcoming renewals.
- Maximize eligibility and attainment of key manufacturer renewal incentives including rebates, SPIFs, and MOUs.
- Educate internal stakeholders on renewal and refresh opportunities including program-specific offerings.
- Assist clients via phone and email with quote and support questions.
- Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
