Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, or enterprise software delivery.
- 5+ years of Epic experience with deep understanding of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
- Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, IT, Informatics, or equivalent experience.
- Required Epic certification: EpicCare Ambulatory.
- Advanced technical knowledge across multiple Epic modules.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams and development initiatives without supervision.
- Strong project management skills including progress reporting, risk management, and time tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing tasks.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in workflows, policies, or processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workflow assessments and propose advanced Epic solutions for custom workflows.
- Review and analyze detailed requirements to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
- Support project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead configuration, design, and development for Epic modules and features.
- Mentor analysts on project tasks, troubleshooting, and system configurations.
- Conduct detailed testing and validation to ensure systems meet requirements.
- Identify and correct complex technical issues independently.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and provide end-user training.
- Propose innovative ideas for system efficiency and provide feedback to Epic.
