Requirements
- Expert communication and project management skills
- Process-driven with the ability to define and systemize workflows
- Deep understanding of manufacturer renewals processes and programs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Highly accountable, autonomous, and comfortable managing ambiguity
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- General sales and business acumen
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts of upcoming renewals
- Build outstanding partner relations with manufacturer, OEM, and ISV renewal peers
- Generate quotes 30-, 60-, and 90-days in advance of contract expirations
- Work with customers to transact and consolidate upcoming renewals
- Maximize eligibility and attainment of manufacturer renewal incentives such as rebates, SPIFs, and MOUs
- Educate internal stakeholders on renewal and refresh opportunities
- Provide phone and email support to clients regarding quotes
