Requirements
- Track record of shipping production software, ideally as an early engineer in product-led startups.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript across the full stack.
- Experience with Go is beneficial.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: LLM application design, production AI reliability, real-time data infrastructure, or dev-facing tooling.
- Strong product instincts connecting technical choices to user outcomes.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and transitioning features to steady-state production.
- Genuine interest in productivity, messaging applications, and AI-driven workflows.
- Clear technical communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and designing novel solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with AI agents as a force multiplier.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap across agent runtime, workspace, and production reliability domains.
- Make architectural decisions balancing speed, reliability, cost, and build-vs-buy trade-offs.
- Ship rapid working prototypes and harden successful implementations for production.
- Leverage specialized AI agents as a multiplier for implementation tasks.
- Recruit and mentor the early engineering team as the platform scales.
- Collaborate directly with the GM on product UX and technical infrastructure strategy.
