Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in social strategy, influencer marketing, and/or integrated marketing within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to run standalone programs in at least one core discipline (social or influencer).
- Experience working with health and/or technology clients.
- Proven, hands-on experience executing social strategy and influencer marketing programs.
- Working knowledge of how social and influencer work connects to broader integrated campaigns (content, paid, web).
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative (design) and production teams.
- Ability to manage client relationships and conversations directly.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and ability to interpret data to inform recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute standalone social and influencer strategy and programs.
- Contribute to and lead integrated marketing campaigns combining social, content, paid, and web efforts.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, building relationships with marketing-level stakeholders.
- Partner with clients to understand objectives and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Brief and collaborate with internal creative, content, and production teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices.
- Oversee project management to ensure work is on schedule and within budget.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels to inform optimization.
- Support sector growth by contributing subject-matter expertise to proposals and pitches.
