Requirements
- 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including senior and staff level IC hiring.
- Experience at a fast-growing technology company.
- Expertise recruiting across engineering, data and ML, product, and design functions.
- Proven track record of building sourcing strategies for undefined roles or markets.
- Strong strategic sourcing skills including market mapping and talent intelligence.
- Fluency with recruiting data and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ModernLoop (or similar).
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership without authority.
- Aptitude for adopting AI-driven recruiting technologies.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and elevating team performance.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical and product searches from intake through close, including niche and executive searches.
- Develop sourcing strategies via market mapping, competitive research, and targeted outbound campaigns.
- Advise senior engineering, data, and product leaders on role scope, leveling, and hiring strategy.
- Use funnel and pipeline data to diagnose search challenges and adjust strategy in real time.
- Implement and test AI-driven tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and scheduling efficiency.
- Build and document reusable playbooks and best practices for the broader recruiting team.
- Mentor recruiters and sourcers on stakeholder management and closing techniques.
