Requirements
- Led a 50+ person IT/Business Systems organization with a substantial budget within a $300M-$1B+ revenue complex, multi-channel business.
- Experience combining physical logistics or fulfillment with digital SaaS delivery.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise AI adoption past the pilot stage with measurable workforce uptake.
- Deep expertise in modern core stacks including CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
- Strong financial rigor in partnering with CFOs on revenue recognition, SOC/SOX/GITC frameworks, and audit readiness.
- Experience upgrading variable talent and evolving organizational structures.
- Executive presence suited for Board-level interaction and leadership team integration.
- Ability to balance rigorous governance with agile execution.
- Skilled in cross-functional facilitation and designing processes across silos.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and optimization for the core tech stack (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot) and 400+ applications.
- Staff, activate, and lead an internal AI Transformation team to embed AI and low-code/no-code capabilities across business workflows.
- Partner with Finance and external auditors to ensure transaction integrity, maturing General IT Controls (GITC) and supporting SOC/financial audit readiness.
- Lead a high-performance, 175-person blended workforce and complete planned organizational evolution.
- Evolve the Business Systems team into a proactive, solutions-oriented partner for functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product.
