Requirements
- 8+ years of experience spanning product, connectivity, and partnerships in travel, hospitality, or technology.
- Strong working knowledge of travel connectivity and how bookings move across platforms and systems.
- Track record of structuring and closing complex partnerships that balance near-term wins with long-term strategy.
- Product intuition with the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Experience engaging large, sophisticated partners at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally through influence in matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic judgment and ability to frame positioning and sequencing tradeoffs.
- Executive presence and ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own Engine's group connectivity strategy to define how group bookings move across partners and platforms.
- Translate vision into a prioritized, buildable connectivity roadmap across the group booking lifecycle.
- Lead supply and connectivity partnerships with hotel chains, technology platforms, and intermediaries from negotiation to activation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape group connectivity capabilities and integrations.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on the group travel ecosystem, connectivity models, and distribution trends.
- Establish prioritization of connectivity investments relative to engineering capacity and commercial outcomes.
