Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic.
- Experience working at a software or technology company strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations, workflows, and practice management systems.
- Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to provide expertise on veterinary clinic operations and workflows.
- Coordinate strategic projects across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations.
- Serve as the primary product contact for corporate veterinary groups and integration partners.
- Partner with product managers to coordinate GTM activities, launch readiness, and execution.
- Act as a liaison between product and business teams to align priorities and facilitate communication.
- Track project timelines, manage dependencies, and identify risks to ensure successful execution.
- Create and maintain project plans, process documentation, and internal resources.
- Champion the customer perspective by ensuring product decisions reflect real clinic workflows.
