Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Professional experience managing operations within a veterinary hospital or clinic.
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic workflows, operations, and practice management systems.
- Experience working within a software or technology company is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Advise Product Managers on veterinary clinic operations, workflows, and practice management processes to help validate product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Manage strategic initiatives from planning and coordination through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.
- Serve as a primary product contact for corporate veterinary groups, integration partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead discussions with external partners, gather feedback, and drive collaborative initiatives.
- Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities, stakeholder communications, launch readiness, and post-launch execution.
- Bridge business and product teams by aligning priorities, facilitating communication, and resolving dependencies.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and key milestones while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Create and maintain project plans, process documentation, meeting notes, and other resources that support team alignment.
- Champion the customer perspective by incorporating firsthand veterinary experience into product decisions and initiatives.
