Requirements
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and research.
- Experience with Clay for recruitment workflows.
- Experience using Workable as an ATS or sourcing tool.
- Experience with Monday.com for project management.
- Experience using Slack for team communication.
- Understanding of various sourcing platforms and channels.
- Strong English proficiency (CEFR rating required).
- Ability to create and format a specific profile/resume as requested.
- Ability to record a 1-minute introduction video.
Responsibilities
- Review candidates from Workable against hiring requirements and specific criteria.
- Prepare qualified candidate lists for hiring managers to review and evaluate.
- Coordinate candidate progress including tracking, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
- Source candidates for technical and hard-to-fill roles through new platforms and talent pools.
- Identify and engage with niche communities, forums, and relevant talent pools.
- Conduct personalized outreach and connection requests using a sniper approach.
- Manage ongoing candidate engagement and follow-up communications.
