Requirements
- 3+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Background in Commercial or Operations roles within fast-growing start-up, scale-up, or embedded environments.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.
- Proven ability to leverage hiring data to improve funnel metrics.
- Fluent English (minimum C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience managing recruitment pipelines and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from active sourcing and job advertising to screening and offer closure.
- Design and optimize recruitment workflows including candidate scorecards and structured interview loops.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to provide proactive communication and data-backed updates.
- Execute targeted outbound sourcing and manage job postings to reach active and passive talent.
- Implement strategies to optimize client hiring funnels and drive long-term engagement success.
