Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment.
- Experience hiring across both GTM and R&D organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase productivity and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets.
- Excellent written communication and cold outreach skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across manager to executive level.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse and recruiting workflows.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to guide decision-making.
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex searches from Individual Contributor to Director level across multiple functions.
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, market mapping, process efficiency, and decision-making.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly hiring goals in a fast-scaling environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy and compensation.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience grounded in transparency, responsiveness, and respect.
- Drive rigorous evaluation processes focused on capability, motivation, adaptability, and long-term impact.
