Requirements
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment within fast-paced tech, scale-up, or agency environments.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1).
- Solid grasp of modern software developer ecosystems and tech stacks.
- Hands-on proficiency with ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
- Experience partnering with engineering leadership.
- Independent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process bottlenecks.
- Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and tech roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product, and Data.
- Build and refine hiring workflows including candidate scorecards, structured interview loops, and funnel analytics.
- Partner directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Hiring Managers to align on candidate personas and interview velocity.
- Identify channels for niche technical talent and execute targeted outbound outreach.
- Maintain clean ATS tracking, monitor funnel conversion metrics, and proactively manage hiring risks.
