Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product marketing experience for complex B2B software.
- Proven ownership of positioning, value development, sales enablement, or customer adoption programs.
- Experience marketing enterprise software to government, ideally state or local government.
- Experience in tax administration, government finance, payments, or regulated markets is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex product capabilities into credible sales stories and proof points.
- Strong strategic writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proven track record of building adoption or client-enablement programs.
- Ability to learn complex operational domains quickly and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the TaxSys value story by identifying, validating, and sharing ROI, outcomes, and proof points.
- Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and collateral to translate product features into market stories.
- Strengthen sales and demo enablement, including narrative development, discovery guidance, and objection handling.
- Partner with Product and Client Success teams on client adoption programs, webinars, and communications.
- Support multi-year software implementations with clear client communications and milestone materials.
- Support market expansion through competitive intelligence, RFP support, and persona development.
- Develop case studies and reference stories in partnership with Content & Customer Marketing teams.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing content and campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
