- Customer-centric approach using feedback and market intelligence to shape strategies.
- Experience owning or contributing significantly to product launches.
- Working knowledge of growth tactics and product-led growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with financial services or expert networks is advantageous.
- Demonstrated curiosity, strong execution skills, and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of differentiated positioning, messaging, frameworks, and supporting materials for expert call services.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and insights to influence messaging, product direction, and go-to-market recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Develop and execute campaigns to increase awareness, support call volume, and drive cross-sell and expansion.
- Partner with marketing and revenue teams to plan, execute, and measure go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate roadmap developments into customer value.
- Work with business teams to evaluate and adapt to new go-to-market opportunities.
- Equip customer-facing teams with messaging, resources, and insights to sell the offering.
- Track and interpret revenue, pipeline, and adoption metrics to recommend strategy improvements.
